Send us an inquiry with some additional information. Space is limited at every conference, so please inquire early. Our Annual Conference is usually held the 3rd week in April. Running from Wednesday 10 am- Friday at 1pm. We do ask if you are limited on your days, to plan to be there on Thursday. We set this day aside to mention our vendors and encourage the attendees to stop by.
· Can set up for all three days (optional) – wed, thurs & fri
· Are guaranteed 1 table/1 chair
· are included in the breakfast, lunch and snacks (2 persons) additional charge for more than 2 person applies
· will be serving a group of approx 300 people
· If selected you must have $125 payment to ISSRT no later than March 15th
· Name of your company will be printed on advertising material/Facebook and website (if agreement is settled by print date)
· We request each vendor also bring a “prize” of some sort. We encourage attendees to come to your table and register for a prize drawing. We will draw prizes Friday morning from the vendors. Tickets will be provided to you. Prizes in the past have been a small basket of the product you sell. A small gift card. A radiology themed item. Etc.
Vendors are responsible for their own hotel arrangements and any food or expenses outside of our agreement.
Cancellations after April 1 will not be refunded.
